Am I liable for the music that I submit via 9ix Music?

Absolutely. You are liable for all the content you submit.

This includes music, pictures, metadata, files and any other material uploaded by you in the platform.

This means that 9ix Music®, our partners, or any other third party can take legal actions against you if you infringe copyright, trademark or any intellectual property right.

Our contract also states that we as a company, as well as the partners we distribute to, are exempt from any all proceedings that will result in case of infringement.
